1. Do you carry sizes greater than 12, or smaller than 7?

We only carry sizes 8-13 in US Mens sizes as listed on our site.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 10-14 business days to receive your order. Some items are shipped earlier. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regular Holiday's.

3. How can I check my order status?

To check your order status, please email us for a tracking #. A tracking # will only given if the order has not been received in the timeframe specified on our shipping page.

4. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?

5. Do you ship to International locations?

Yes, We currently ship products all over the world. There is no extra charge for international orders as all of our orders are based out of China

7. What does USD stand for?

USD is an abbreviation for United States Dollars, therefore all of our prices are in US dollars.

8. Why are your prices so low?

All of our shipping is Factory Direct. We strive to keep our customers happy because we aren't
